Last winter, I went South for 2-1/2 months and felt safe and secure about my home knowing that Drew was keeping an eye on it almost daily. He watered my plants, checked my mail, brushed the heavy snow off my van, started the van every now and then to keep it runnable. He shoveled the front and back decks. During a difficult period, following a death in our family, AtEase Home Management Solutions (Drew Schedler), helped to keep an unoccupied property safe and secure until we could complete the land title and purchase property insurance. AtEase took steps to make the empty house appear to be occupied using various means (rotating lighting etc) over a period of several months.
